Foods  that Protect You from Heart Diseases

There many diets that we use in our daily life and also those that are used in special events for special occasions, and those components include in these diets that put the veins to clean from waste materials and eating of them remains stable the heart beat of heart. Diets that understand useful for the health of heart, a few given below:

Oatmeal:

There is an abundance of soluble fibers in proven oatmeal. This fiber prevents the body to absorb cholesterol. There are several types of oats. One flattened spread out, that’s good but solid oats are better because they take time to digest and because of this, the blood sugar level does not elevated that means their Glycemic index is low. Remember that if blood sugar level  is high for a long time, so it cause es health problems and these problems include obesity and diabetes.

Pure olive oil:

olive oil is an integral part of United Nations diet in the Mediterranean, especially the oil that is first time extracted from the olive fruit. This extra virgin olive oil is known as authentic to protect the heart from diseases. Olive oil contains more unsaturated grease (monounsaturated fat) which reduces the level of harmful LDL cholesterol. It is also said about olive oil that it does not make blood clots easily and blood sugar levels remain moderate. The extra virgin Olive oil is considered to be most beneficial that obtained to crush the olive, it is neither overheated nor does it contain any type of chemical, due to which they are protected by antioxidant chemicals called polyphenols and they protect the body from inflammatory effects. If one does not like olive oil, they can also use mustard, canola, sesame and peanuts oils because they have the same medicinal properties as olive oil.

Juicy Fruit:

Orange, Gray fruit, seasonal and other and other similar juicy fruits almost everyone eats very well. They also contain high levels of cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber. In addition, these juicy fruits are also rich in potassium, which moderate the effects of sodium and prevent blood pressure from rising. These fruits contain high levels of vitamin C which have many medical benefits.

Nuts:

Peanuts, which are actually a species of legumes and grows like potatoes under the ground, we also count it in nuts. Some of the nuts are that grow on trees, these include walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, cucumbers and pistachios etc. All these nuts are rich in fibers, healthy fat, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals that keep the heart healthy. Eating nuts lowers levels of harmful LDL cholesterol and the level of HDL cholesterol that protects the heart is high. Eating nuts also does not increase blood pressure.

Berries:

Strawberry, juicy and other purple and blue beers, are rich in particular chemicals called “polyphenols” derived from plants. These polyphenols protect the heart from diseases by neutralizing oxidised LDL cholesterol. Due to this bad cholesterol, plaque clings to the inner walls of the arteries.
