All these types of beans provide beneficial protein, fiber and minerals for the heart. In addition, they also provide phytonutrients that are considered healthy. Leafy vegetables:

Leafy vegetables such as spinach, fenugreek, salad, cabbage and other types of greens have high nutrients and calories. Not only do these leaves contain lots of vitamins and minerals but also have Alphalinolenic which is a type of omega-3 fatty acid. Although it may not so useful omega-3 fatty acid, which is found in fishes, however, those who refrain from fishes and are vegetarians, their need is meet to some extent with such vegetables.
