How Protect Yourself from Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)?
You can reduce your risk of infection if you do following things frequently.
Clean hands frequently with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissue or flexed elbow.
Avoid close contact (1 metre or 3 feet) with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms.
Do you have Fever (temperature above 99 degrees)?
Do you have Cough?
Do you have difficulty in breathing?
Have you traveled to another country in the last 14 days?
In the last 14 days, have you been in contact with anyone who has traveled to another country?
Are you over 60 years of age?
Do you have any of the following conditions?
Diabetes, Pregnancy, Physical Disability, HIV/AIDS, Heart Failure, Undergo Chemotherapy, on Steroids or Drugs, kidney/Liver Failure, Asthma.
If your answer of all above questions is No, then you follow the followings Precautions.
